The obligation to pay the charges for the full academic year is unconditional and no portion of such charges so paid or outstanding shall be refunded or canceled as per the tuition policy.
If a parish denies parish operational subsidy of $500, the family is obligated to pay the subsidy amount by December 31st.
In order to keep tuition costs at a managable amount, Holy Ghost Catholic School does require fundraising activies to adjust for the differences in costs.

Below are the Fundraising Obligations to participate in:
_____Plan A – Is to participate in all fundraisers.
Under this plan, if failure to meet the total obligation for the Blue Ribbon Raffle, Product Sale (50% of amount of the product sold will be credited to the family’s fundraising obligation), the Walkathon, and the 10K Raffle, amounts owed shall be added to tuition and will be due on May 12th.
_____Plan B – Is to increase tuition to include the total fundraising obligation amount.
_____Plan C – Is to increase tuition to include a percentage of the fundraising obligation amount.
